The Problem

The Fix

In-Door-Ice auger motor had failed, and the wiring harness running through the door hinge had worn through after years of door cycles — a known weak point on this design. Replaced both the OEM auger motor and harness loom, re-routed the wiring through the protective sleeve, and verified continuous cube dispensing across 20 test pulls.

The Problem

Load & Go bulk detergent tank had been refilled to capacity, but the washer kept refusing to start with a "Refill Load & Go" alert. Manual detergent loading through the bypass tray worked fine.

The Fix

Fluid level sensor inside the Load & Go reservoir was coated with hardened concentrated detergent, misreading the full tank as empty. Cleaned the sensor with warm vinegar, flushed the entire dispensing line of thickened residue, and verified accurate level readings after a fresh refill. Recommended switching to non-concentrate HE detergent to prevent recurrence.

The Problem

Standard bake mode worked perfectly, but Frozen Bake produced pale, half-cooked pizzas every time. The cycle would complete on schedule, just with no browning on the crust or toppings.

The Fix

Lower bake element had failed open — Frozen Bake depends on simultaneous bottom heating and convection circulation, so without the bottom element the cycle ran cold despite the convection fan working. Replaced the OEM bake element, re-tested with a frozen pizza, and confirmed proper crust browning in 18 minutes as designed.
