Customer reported the freezer was working, but the fresh food section was warm.
The Fix
Diagnosed a faulty evaporator fan motor. Replaced the OEM Samsung fan assembly, cleared the frost buildup, and restored perfect airflow. Repair completed in under 2 hours.

Cycle stopped mid-wash with the drum still full of water and an error code on the display.
The Fix
Cleared a clogged drain pump filter and replaced a worn pump impeller assembly with the OEM part. Ran two test cycles to confirm full drainage. Total time on site: 90 minutes.
