Cancellation Policy

We value both our technicians' time and our customers' schedules. This policy explains how to change or cancel an appointment, and what to expect if plans change on short notice.

24 Hours

Notice Period

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service window. This gives us time to offer the slot to another customer and keep our technicians' routes efficient.

Short-Notice Changes

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to our standard diagnostic charge. This helps cover the technician's reserved time and travel planning.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or change your appointment, simply call your local office during business hours, or reply to your booking confirmation. Please have your name and appointment details ready so we can locate your booking quickly.

Rescheduling Is Free

Need a different day or time? Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice is always free of charge. We'll do our best to find a new slot that fits your schedule, including same-week and same-day options where available.

Please Note

No-Shows & Access Issues

A fee equivalent to the standard diagnostic charge may apply if our technician arrives and cannot complete the visit because:

  • No one was home to provide access during the agreed service window.
  • The appliance was inaccessible or the work area was unsafe to enter.
  • The appointment was cancelled at the door without prior notice.

If you're running late or need to step out, just call us — we'll always try to work with you before charging any fee.

When We Need to Reschedule

Occasionally, weather, traffic, or an earlier complex repair may require us to adjust your arrival window or reschedule. If this happens, we'll notify you as early as possible and prioritize finding you the next available slot — at no charge to you.
