Standards We Follow

We aim to meet the requirements of the AODA and to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, including readable text, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigation, and descriptive labels for images and links.

Service Animals & Support Persons

Customers with disabilities are welcome to be accompanied by their service animal or a support person during our in-home visits. Our technicians will work respectfully alongside them to ensure your repair is completed comfortably and safely.
